People are aware of bitcoin but only .78.5 * .14 or about 11% have owned it. Further more, I saw elswhere that about 300,000 own $5,000 or more worth of bitcoin. 

The bubble will get bigger before people realize it's not a bubble. It will continue to be a volatile ride, but we are still in the very early innings.
